Why Multiple Campuses?

York County is a big place. There are well over 400,000 people who call York County their home. So, how does the campus model help us reach those people better than just one bigger church in one location? When we look into smaller communities across York County, where there isn't a church like ours to reach people for Jesus, we see those areas as opportunities to make the gospel more easily accessible by strategically planting a campus of Thrive Church there. In this way, we believe we can reach more people with multiplication rather than addition. That's why we're passionate about the campus model of Thrive Church!

Large Church Quality

Small Church Community

We believe that a church functions best when its a community where you can know people and be known. We also pursue excellence and desire to honor God with everything we do. So, desire to create environments that inspire people while at the same time creating space for real community to happen. We call this balance, large church quality, small church community.

When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

Matthew 9:36-38

Better Together

Our campuses desire to work together to further the mission of "helping everyone take the next step in their relationship with God." While we could choose to function independently as separate churches, we WANT to be pursue our mission in York County TOGETHER.

York County is a big place. There are well over 400,000 people who call York County their home. So, how does the campus model help us reach those people better than just one big church? Currently, we have two campuses and are seeking to multiply as God opens doors. We've been praying that God uses us to reach many people as we pursue Him and His plans for us.
